How can you book?

Your questions/concerns are very important to us. After your arrival, he will meet you and give you more information about your booked excursion, answer your questions and give you the receipt as confirmation of payment and ticket for participation.

How can you book while in Egypt?

You can contact us after arrival to Egypt. Just give us a call and we will arrange for you to be visited at your hotel in Egypt. In order to ensure you relaxed, well-planned and prepared excursions, we only select the most experienced and reliable local providers

How can you change/rebook or cancel?

That's OK. We are very flexible. Please inform us by phone or email of your wish to change or cancel as soon as possible. Any changes to the original booking are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made in writing by email. If a trip/excursion is canceled by the participant, the following cancellation fees apply:

1. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the start of the trip, you will receive a 100% refund.
2. If canceled between 24 to 12 hours before the trip, you will not receive a refund.
3. There is no refund for no-show or cancellation in the pickup time.

In addition, airlines charge fees for domestic and international flights, which are subject to the airlines' terms and conditions at the time of booking.

What about complaints and complaints?

If you have a complaint while in Egypt, please tell the person/tour guide in question immediately as most issues can be resolved on the spot.

How to secure your booking

In order to secure your booking, you need to inform Book Tour Egypt of your request. A company representative will contact you to discuss and finalize the arrangements and send you an itinerary for final confirmation. You confirm these details and pay the deposit to Book Tour Egypt by bank transfer or cash/Paypal.

Changes to the original booking are subject to availability. When full payment has been received and/or a voucher has been issued, no administration fees will be charged, except for flight ticket changes.

Payment / Booking Policy

We offer low deposit of only 10% to secure your places on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket and other travel related services. The balance can be paid to your guide up to two days before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination. Therefore, your booking is a risk-free investment.

When paying by credit card, according to our bank regulations, the following documents are required so that our accountant can charge your credit card for the agreed services. These documents should be faxed or emailed to Book Tour Egypt or given to our representative upon your arrival at the airport. Otherwise we cannot process your request any further.

Required document:

A signed letter of authorization to Book Tour Egypt to withdraw the required amount from your credit card. The signature must match that on your credit card and passport.

Force majeure:

Book Tour Egypt Tours offers a very flexible cancellation policy in the event that the government or airline issues a travel warning from/to your departure country and/or your destination. In this case we will refund you the amount paid for the tour package. In some cases your payment is available as a future travel credit and travel voucher to be used towards any destination where we operate tours. You have the flexibility to apply this amount to new travel services booked within 12 months. Reservations will be adjusted to automatically reflect these travel credits. Flights will only be charged the change/cancellation fees as per the airline's terms and conditions.

As per airline terms and conditions, only flight cancellation/change fees will be charged and bank surcharges will be applied to the deposit amount paid.

Booking for children: In the same room as parents

Policy 1: for packages, Nile cruises and hotels

Under 2 years: free
Under 6 years old: 25% of the total tour cost for an adult
Under 12 years old: 50% of the total tour cost for an adult
All children over the age of 12 are considered adults.
If your tour package includes flights, an additional supplement may apply for your child.
• Policy 2: For sightseeing tours and shore excursions

Under 6 years: free
Under 12 years old: 50% of the total tour cost for an adult
All children over the age of 12 are considered adults.
If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights or ferries, an additional surcharge may apply for your child.

Refunds

A refund will usually be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment. No refunds will be given for a no-show on an existing reservation.

Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two people sharing a room (double room). Single occupancy rooms are available at an additional cost. Hotels and lodges are listed as a quality feature and rooms can be reserved at a facility of similar quality. Published prices reflect tariffs and other charges at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice

flights
Domestic Flights:
We indicate the average price of flights with approximate times. Requests for specific flight times or changes to previously booked reservations may result in changes to the total price of the package.

International flights:
Preferential fares from your place of origin to each destination we operate tours in and your Travel Advisor will book your right flight in time at very special prices to suit your intended tour.

Special wishes

If the customer has any special requests, they should inform the company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will attempt to honor such requests. However, since these are not part of the contract, the company does not guarantee them, including pre-reserved seats. If the company confirms that a special request has been noted or forwarded to the supplier, or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is no guarantee of its fulfilment. The customer will not be specifically notified if a specific request cannot be met. The company does not accept bookings that are dependent on the fulfillment of a special request.

tip

Tipping is customary to express satisfaction with good service rendered to you by staff on duty. We encourage you to tip as you please. This is greatly appreciated by staff, but you are under no obligation to do so.

responsibility

The Company acts only as an agent for participants in relation to travel, whether by train, ship, plane or other means of transport, and shall not be liable for any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity to any person or Matters resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following: weather, acts of God, governmental or other authorities, wars, riots, misconduct of subcontractors or service providers, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or delays, delays, Cancellations or changes made by a hotel, transport company or restaurant. No liability is accepted for additional costs.

acceptance of the agreement

The contract resulting from the Company's acceptance of the customer's booking under these Booking Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and the Company. Payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card means that tour participants have read all terms and conditions and have accepted and agree to comply with them.
